About the role
Role overview
Join Cresta as a Senior Solutions Architect to define and deliver technical architecture for enterprise customers. You’ll integrate Cresta capabilities with enterprise systems, collaborate across teams, and contribute to product strategy based on real-world customer engagements.
Key responsibilities
- Own technical architecture end-to-end from pre-sales to post-sales and drive technical wins.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to address customer needs.
- Influence future product strategy by translating field learnings into actionable insights.
- Provide consultative, strategic guidance to help solve customer problems.
- Manage complex internal and external processes across multiple stakeholders with clear notes, action items, and next steps.
- Advise and support large-scale enterprise software implementations.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, AI/ML, and data systems.
- Deep understanding of how enterprises leverage Generative AI solutions.
- Extensive experience in large-scale enterprise implementations and solutions architecture.
- Strong knowledge of integration options, including APIs, iPaaS, and UI integrations.
- Experience with Telephony and Contact Center Infrastructure, including tools such as AWS Connect, Genesys, and Five9.
- Highly organized; able to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
- Relationship-building with external technical stakeholders; consultative and strategic problem solving.
- High experience with AWS and GCP, plus Salesforce.
Nice to have
- Willingness to travel occasionally and to participate in frequent customer calls.
- Ability to support EST–PST customer-facing coordination.
Work setup
- Full remote with frequent customer video calls across EST to PST time zones, and occasional travel as needed.
