Senior Solution Sales Executive (Moveworks)

Role Overview

As a Senior Solution Sales Executive (Moveworks) at ServiceNow, you will oversee the market success of Moveworks products and drive solution wins in specialty solution areas. You’ll support territory strategy and help customers understand and realize the value of digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee market success for ServiceNow’s Moveworks products and support solution win strategy for specialty solution areas.
• Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical agreement, account use case targeting, and execution.
• Participate in account planning and provide input on customer opportunity strategy.
• Coach Account Executives (AEs), ADRs, and ACEs with foundational specialty solution area knowledge.
• Identify specialty solution opportunities and help manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
• Customize responsibilities based on territory and account team needs.

Requirements

• Understanding of business sales processes.
• Experience as an AE, or alternatively in a sales/customer service role.
• 7+ years of knowledge/experience tied to ROI for specialty solution areas to lead solution wins.
• Travel required: 30–50%.
• Ability to leverage or critically think about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (including using AI tools, workflow automation, and analyzing AI-driven insights).

• Experience applying AI in a way that translates insights into sales strategy and customer outcomes.
