Senior Software Program Manager – CSP Engagements

Role Overview

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for the CSP Engagements team. You will lead deep technical engagements with hyperscale cloud service providers to ensure NVIDIA’s next-generation datacenter systems (e.g., Vera Rubin NVL72) are architected, enabled, and deployed successfully at scale.

Responsibilities

• Act as NVIDIA’s primary technical engagement leader between NVIDIA system software organizations and CSP platform/system software/AI teams.
• Lead end-to-end CSP engagement lifecycle: early alignment, pre-production readiness, large-scale deployment, escalation management, and production support.
• Partner with CSP leaders to align on:
  • Software architecture
  • Bring-up plans
  • Deployment readiness
  • Production requirements for NVIDIA-based server and rack-scale platforms.
• Drive bi-directional communication:
  • Translate CSP system requirements into actionable focus areas for NVIDIA engineering.
  • Communicate NVIDIA platform capabilities, tradeoffs, and limitations back to customers.
• Represent CSP technical priorities internally across NVIDIA teams (system software, firmware, hardware, silicon, and product).
• Proactively identify and manage cross-company technical risks impacting deployments (e.g., OS enablement, firmware maturity, observability, reliability, hardware/software integration).
• Support rack-scale and multi-rack datacenter deployments with close collaboration between CSP infrastructure teams and NVIDIA stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong technical depth in systems or embedded software.
• Experience with at least one of:
  • Linux kernel/drivers
  • Server firmware (e.g., BMC, BIOS, UEFI)
  • Datacenter platform bring-up and hardware/software interfaces.
• Demonstrated technical leadership as a software engineering manager, technical lead/architect, or senior systems/platform engineer, leading large cross-functional efforts.
• Proven experience delivering datacenter server software/rack-scale systems (not application-only or SaaS-only).
• Experience working directly with hyperscale CSP engineering teams on topics such as bring-up, performance, reliability, observability, and deployment readiness.
• Ability to influence and align engineers, architects, and executives across organizations.
• BS/MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in systems software, embedded software, or datacenter server development with leadership responsibility.

Nice to Haves

• Hands-on or leadership experience with NVIDIA GB200 and/or GB300 platforms, especially system software/firmware/platform enablement.
• Experience driving/supporting CSP-facing engagements specifically for NVIDIA datacenter platforms and translating GB200/GB300 capabilities into production-ready solutions.
