About the role

Role Overview

Senior Software Engineer at YONI, a remote full-time role. You’ll help build and scale Yoni’s receipt-scan rewards platform, working across the iOS/Android app and backend while shaping the technical foundation as one of the company’s early engineering hires.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and ship features across Yoni’s iOS/Android app and backend
Work closely with the founding team and technical leadership to turn product vision into working software
Help shape technical decisions and establish/scale engineering culture

Requirements

Strong software engineering background
Experience valued particularly in high-growth consumer tech or health tech companies (examples given include WHOOP, Oura, Flo, Strava, Apple, Google, Meta, Anthropic)
Must be currently based in the United States or Australia; strong preference for the United States
Ability to operate in an early-stage, fast-moving startup environment with high ownership and ambiguity
