Role Overview

Senior Software Engineer (Full-stack, Remote - US)

Join a high-growth digital health technology company and help build and enhance the core platform used by healthcare organizations across the United States. This role offers strong ownership, technical influence, and a path toward senior technical leadership as the team scales.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services
Build modern, responsive UI using React, Vue, or Angular
Develop and optimize GraphQL APIs and data-driven applications
Design and maintain PostgreSQL databases (performance and reliability)
Translate business requirements with product and engineering teams
Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Support code reviews and mentor engineers when appropriate
Drive best practices for performance, scalability, and software quality

Requirements

Strong commercial experience with TypeScript and/or JavaScript
Professional frontend experience with React, Vue, or Angular
Experience with GraphQL APIs
Strong experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design
Experience building and maintaining scalable web applications
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment
Passion for high-quality software and solving complex technical problems
