Senior Software Engineer – TypeScript | Remote

Role Overview

Senior Software Engineer (Full-time, Remote) building and deploying full-stack applications. You’ll design scalable microservices and distributed systems, lead engineering quality practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality full-stack applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and React
• Architect and maintain microservices and distributed systems for resilience and performance
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor engineers to raise team standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery in an Agile/Scrum workflow
• Implement and optimize REST APIs with a focus on data integrity and security
• Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB data stores
• Drive CI/CD strategies and optimize cloud platform efficiency

Requirements

• Strong experience building full-stack apps with TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Express.js
• Expertise in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
• Solid system design and scalable architecture skills; passion for distributed systems
• Advanced knowledge of HTML5 and CSS (modern web technologies)
• Demonstrated leadership in code reviews and mentorship
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
