Senior Software Engineer

Role Overview

Senior Software Engineer (Engineering Intelligence) — Fully Remote You’ll help build and evolve core product capabilities for an engineering intelligence platform that turns complex engineering workflows and signals into trustworthy customer insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve core product features from design through deployment and monitoring.
• Own integrations, transforming noisy event streams into reliable signals customers can trust.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and client transformation teams to translate real engineering workflows into intuitive product experiences.
• Improve engineering practices and metrics across the full development lifecycle, applying the same principles delivered to customers.

Requirements

• Several years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in product-focused SaaS.
• Hands-on experience with the tech stack: React, Java, Python (for data science), containerization, and AWS.
• Experience building data-heavy products such as analytics dashboards or developer/productivity tools.
• Own integrations with third-party APIs/SDKs (examples mentioned: Jira, GitHub, CI/CD, or similar developer tools).
• Solid understanding of the engineering process and a growth-oriented, teachable mindset.

Nice to Haves

• Deeper experience with developer productivity tooling and analytics/dashboards for engineering workflows.
• Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Data Science, Client Transformation).

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $120k–$200k DOE
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and PTO.
