Role Overview
Senior Software Engineer – Professional Services (United States)
You will design and deliver production-grade, customer-focused solutions that unlock value from customers’ data, systems, and operations. The role spans backend, frontend, and data engineering, with direct collaboration with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy customized software solutions for customer business and operational needs
- Work across the full stack: frontend apps, backend services, data pipelines, integrations, and cloud architectures
- Own projects end-to-end (solution design → implementation → deployment, monitoring, and support)
- Gather requirements with customers, define technical approaches, and deliver production-ready outcomes
- Support customer onboarding and drive platform adoption through high-quality engineering delivery
- Partner with product/platform/engineering teams to stay aligned with platform standards and roadmaps
- Help evolve professional services practices, engineering standards, documentation, and delivery methodologies
- Ensure quality, reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability for all engagements
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering production-grade applications/services
- Strong full-stack capabilities in at least one area: frontend, backend, or data engineering
- Experience with modern technologies such as:
- React, TypeScript, GraphQL
- Java, Spring Boot, Node.js
- REST APIs
- Kafka, Python, SQL, Spark, PostgreSQL (or similar)
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and event-driven systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in customer-facing environments
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to drive initiatives independently from concept to production
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools for development/prototyping/testing/documentation
