About the role

Role Overview

Senior Software Engineer, Product working in small, autonomous engineering pods to build high-impact full-stack product capabilities. You’ll take end-to-end ownership from concept through production deployment across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure—using AI-assisted development practices to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deliver full-stack applications from concept to production (frontend, backend, and infrastructure)
  • Own the full software development lifecycle: architecture, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and iteration
  • Collaborate with small, high-ownership engineering teams with minimal handoffs
  • Contribute to system architecture decisions and scalable product design
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools for coding, debugging, testing, and code quality improvements
  • Maintain reliability, performance, and maintainability standards
  • Iterate based on feedback, performance data, and evolving requirements
  • Support cloud-based deployments and ensure production effectiveness

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience
  • Strong frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure capabilities
  • Hands-on experience deploying/operating applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Deep understanding of the full SDLC and modern engineering practices
  • Proven ability to make architectural decisions with high autonomy
  • Daily use of AI-assisted development tools across the software delivery lifecycle
  • Experience with modern languages such as Python, TypeScript, Go, or Rust
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform)
  • Strong pragmatic problem-solving and delivery focus
  • Ability to work effectively in small, fast-moving teams
