About the role

Role Overview

Senior Software Engineer focused on Payments & Monetization at Mighty Networks. You’ll build the systems behind checkout, subscriptions, plans, and transaction revenue infrastructure, working across backend and frontend to improve conversion and billing outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end features for payments and monetization (from definition through deployment)
Build and improve systems for checkout, subscriptions, billing, and plan management
Collaborate across backend and frontend to deliver a seamless purchasing experience
Integrate and evolve third-party payment/monetization services
Ship continuously to production and drive impact on Gross Transaction Volume

Requirements / Profile

Full-stack engineering experience with strong ownership and fast iteration
Ability to deliver real-world impact through collaborative problem-solving
Comfort working across the stack for payments, billing, and monetization flows

Nice-to-haves

Experience building or scaling checkout/subscription systems and payment infrastructure
Experience with AI-accelerated workflows and continuous delivery (as described by the team)
