About the role

Role Overview

You will be a pragmatic, high-output Senior Engineer helping revolutionize the company’s technology ecosystem. The work involves building intelligent systems for thousands of internal users by reducing manual friction with agentic workflows and high-level AI orchestration.

Responsibilities

Platform & App Development: Architect, build, and scale end-to-end applications; take ownership of major platform features.
Frontend Engineering: Build responsive, interactive, accessible UIs; manage complex global state and optimize performance.
Backend Engineering: Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs; architect microservices or modular monoliths for high-throughput enterprise traffic.
Modern DevOps & CI/CD: Implement automated CI/CD pipelines with strict automated testing; use containerization and safe deployment strategies such as Blue/Green and Canary.
Enterprise AI Integration: Integrate LLMs via Amazon Bedrock or Google Vertex AI.
- Build secure RAG pipelines and manage vector databases.
- Implement AI features that deliver user value.
AI-Assisted Engineering: Leverage tools like Cursor or GitHub Copilot to accelerate boilerplate while focusing human effort on architecture, code review, and system design.

Requirements

5+ years of full-stack engineering experience building and scaling web applications or SaaS platforms.
Strong quality and architecture mindset: use AI as an accelerator; rigorously review/refactor to prevent technical debt.
DevOps mindset: safely deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud-native systems.
Hands-on production experience with:
- Frontend: TypeScript, React, Next.js, modern CSS (e.g., Tailwind CSS)
- Backend: Node.js (Express/NestJS) and/or Python (FastAPI/Django)
- Databases: PostgreSQL/AWS Aurora + vector stores (OpenSearch Serverless, pgvector, Pinecone)
- Cloud: AWS or GCP with deep AWS familiarity (Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, API Gateway) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CDK)
- AI & Orchestration: Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, LangChain/LlamaIndex, and RAG architectures
- DevOps & CI/CD: Docker, GitLab CI, observability (Datadog, CloudWatch, etc.)
- Testing: Jest/PyTest + Playwright/Cypress

Nice-to-Haves

Experience establishing developer platforms or internal tooling to improve team velocity.
Background in advanced cloud security and IAM role management.
AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer / DevOps Engineer).
