About the role

Role Overview

Innervate is hiring a Senior Software Engineer (Remote) to join its Frontend engineering team. You will design and build high-quality frontend software, improve operations, and help analyze and evolve systems that power dynamic content orchestration.

Responsibilities

Develop software design and architecture for frontend systems
Improve engineering operations and contribute to system analysis
Create tools and applications supporting product needs
Plan development work: task lists, resource needs, schedules, and effort estimates
Produce documentation across the development lifecycle (requirements, design, coding, testing)

Requirements

At least 5 years of commercial experience (ideally more)
Deep knowledge of JavaScript, including ES2017 (ES8)
React and TypeScript experience (React 18 preferred for newer work; some projects use React 16)
Node.js / Express experience

Nice-to-haves / Context

Experience working in environments modernizing toward React 18 and current Node.js versions
