Role overview

Senior Software Engineer building end-to-end product experiences for a customer platform across web and mobile. You’ll drive technical design from problem definition through implementation and help shape standards for quality, architecture, and testing.

Responsibilities

Design and build modular, scalable, resilient, and maintainable product experiences across platforms.
Contribute to coding standards, architectural patterns, testing strategies, and quality metrics.
Lead technical design work from problem definition → implementation.
Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows, incorporating DevSecOps practices.
Support hosting, deployment, and runtime operations by improving:
- observability
- reliability
- performance

Requirements

Strong engineering fundamentals and best practices.
Experience with TypeScript, React/Next.js, React Native, Flutter, and GraphQL.
Systems-level mindset: balance short-term delivery with long-term architectural health.
Product/business awareness to align technical decisions with organizational goals.
Ownership mindset around platform reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
Ability to anticipate technical risks and proactively design solutions.
Hands-on engineer comfortable across system design and implementation.
