Senior Software Engineer Golang

Role

Senior Software Engineer (Golang) in the Istanbul office of Insider One.

Overview

You will help design and build backend services and platform capabilities that power large-scale marketing/customer engagement workflows, with AI and predictive use cases supported by substantial historical data and high request volumes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend components and services using Go (Golang).
• Build reliable systems that support high-throughput request and notification delivery.
• Collaborate with product and development teams based in Istanbul and work with other departments using agile ways of working.
• Help integrate AI/predictive features into product functionality.
• Move fast, iterate, and contribute pragmatically (“get your hands dirty”) to ship production-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Strong Golang software engineering skills.
• Experience building production backend systems.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, agile teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with large-scale data/AI-driven systems (predictive or ML-informed features).
• Familiarity with CDP/personalization/journey orchestration domains in marketing or customer engagement.
