Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack, Revenue Growth

Role overview

Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Revenue Growth) at Paperless Post. You’ll build and improve product features and systems that directly drive monetization, conversion, and retention across the revenue funnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of features and systems that drive monetization
• Partner with product and design to define, run, and translate experiment results into roadmap decisions
• Work hands-on across the full stack, improving scalability, reliability, and observability for Revenue Growth owned systems
• Mentor engineers and set strong technical and testing standards
• Ship and own A/B tests; focus on outcomes using user behavior insights
• Influence architecture and guide technical decisions across teams

Requirements

• 7+ years as a full-stack engineer in an established codebase
• Expertise in TypeScript & React and proficiency with GraphQL
• Proficiency in Golang (plus familiarity with a dynamically typed language)
• Deep understanding of relational databases (Postgres)
• Track record building resilient, observable, well-tested distributed systems at scale
• Ability to influence architecture and guide technical decisions across teams
• Growth mindset: curiosity to experiment, measure, and iterate

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with A/B testing, pricing & subscriptions, or payments
• Proficiency with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)
