Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack

Role Overview

Senior Full Stack Software Engineer for a Healthcare-industry client. You will lead technical initiatives around scalable systems, platform reliability, and impactful feature delivery across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and build impactful features
• Design, build, and iterate on comprehensive end-to-end product features
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs that power frontend applications
• Build and enhance frontend components with an emphasis on usability and performance
• Manage application data with relational databases
• Participate in technical design discussions to align solutions with product goals
• Mentor junior engineers and promote a user-centric approach

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience building production web applications
• Strong backend services and API development experience (REST or GraphQL)
• Proficient in React (or similar) for frontend development, component design, and performance optimization
• Experience with service-to-service communication in systems design
• Solid relational database experience, especially PostgreSQL (including schema design)
• Ability to deliver end-to-end user-centric product features
• Demonstrated technical design and pragmatic problem-solving skills
