Senior Software Engineer, Frontend - Identity

Role Overview

Senior Software Engineer, Frontend – Identity, working on user-facing experiences in a regulated Finance & Insurance environment. You will lead execution across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into scalable frontend solutions and influencing architecture and execution quality.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance frontend experiences for critical user interactions
• Migrate main frontend views to React Native to improve efficiency
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance frontend user interfaces
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define actionable engineering/product roadmaps
• Maintain low-latency, reliable frontend surfaces for a superior user experience
• Write well-tested, production-quality code for a growing user base

Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend software engineering experience
• Proven track record designing and maintaining production-grade frontend systems
• Strong expertise with React and TypeScript
• Ability to write high-quality, well-tested frontend code

Nice-to-haves

• Interest in building an open financial system
• Responsible use of generative AI tools (and/or experience with AI-enabled capabilities)

Compensation & Benefits

• $186,065 – $218,900 annually
