Role Overview
Senior Software Engineer (up to $128K), fully remote. Join a close-knit team of about 7 developers in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Angular, C#, and modern .NET
- Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions focused on performance and scalability
- Work with QA on testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-release validation
- Manage project work, documentation, and delivery using Jira and Confluence
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing applications; improve code quality and system reliability
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of web application development experience
- Strong experience with Angular, TypeScript, C#, and modern .NET
- Experience with SQL Server or Azure SQL
Nice-to-Haves / Additional Notes
- Preference for candidates local to the Boston area
- Structured onboarding/training; no on-call responsibilities during the first 6 months
