Role Overview
Join Eye Security as a Senior Software Engineer in a small full-stack team. You’ll own features from start to finish, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and contribute to technical decision-making while helping build a positive, learning-oriented culture.
Responsibilities
- Work on end-to-end features from start to finish and deliver them to production
- Coordinate day-to-day execution within the team and make practical technical decisions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and build features that provide real value
- Influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience, with meaningful full-stack exposure
- Strong experience with strongly typed languages (e.g., TypeScript, Java, .NET, PHP)
- Comfortable working across backend and frontend layers
- Ability to learn new technologies independently
- Fluent English
- Comfortable using AI coding tools as part of daily development; curious about how AI can improve how you build
Nice to Haves
- Experience operating in Go and React (stated as the team’s tech stack)
