Join the Data Products team as a Senior Software Engineer, where you'll collaborate with a skilled technical team to build a decentralized infrastructure. You'll develop scalable, secure, and reliable software that will revolutionize smart contracts, with a focus on Data Feeds. You'll have the opportunity to learn about distributed systems, cryptography, blockchains, and decentralized applications, while taking ownership of your projects and contributing to the future of decentralized infrastructure. Key missions: Collaborate with a technical team to develop and build highly scalable, secure, and reliable software for decentralized infrastructure.. Design and implement new features within the Data Product space, such as trust-minimized off-chain computation and the aggregation of external data.. Manage the architectural vision for new subsystems in the core Chainlink node, implementing resilient distributed systems. Profile: - B.S. or higher in computer science, software engineering, mathematics or related technical field - Experience building distributed systems and low-latency systems - Experience developing smart contracts that secured meaningful value on-chain - At least 7-10+ years of professional software engineering experience working in a collaborative product-driven environment - Knowledge of computer science fundamentals and systems design concepts - Experience in blockchain and other Web 3.0 technologies - Experience owning multi month long projects, including communication of progress, dependencies, and risk mitigation directly with stakeholders and partners - Experience in Golang or any other strongly-typed programming language - Experience working with a globally distributed team - Experience working in or with market data
