About the role

Role Overview

Join Supervizor as a Senior Software Engineer – Data & Integration. You’ll own integration infrastructure, help scale AI engineering, co-build the controls factory, and contribute to platform architecture—bridging deep technical work with business impact.

Key Missions

Own the technical responsibility for the integration platform based on SnapLogic, ensuring reliability, monitoring, and standardization of development models.
Design and implement AI systems in a demanding multi-tenant environment, ensuring data isolation, performance, and security.
Collaborate with business/domain experts to map and evolve SQL-based controls, and implement production maintenance mechanisms for controls.

Requirements

7–10 years of software engineering experience in B2B SaaS environments.
Prior experience in a technical lead role (within a team or across a transversal scope).
Strong SQL and relational database knowledge (including query optimization and data modeling).
Hands-on experience with data integration platforms such as SnapLogic (or MuleSoft, Boomi, or equivalent).
Familiarity with on-premise / hybrid environments (e.g., ERP connectors, library/native management).
Good Python skills for reading, reviewing, and improving Python code within the AI team.
Ability to evaluate AI/ML approaches and challenge their engineering soundness.

Nice to Have

Broader experience across ERP data integration at scale and shipping AI-powered features in production.
