Senior Software Engineer

Role Overview

Join the Core Products team as a Senior Software Engineer. You will design, build, and ship full-stack software, working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure within a small engineering pod.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver full-stack applications across the full SDLC (design → development → testing → release).
• Work in a small pod to contribute to architecture and make pragmatic technical decisions.
• Use AI tools to accelerate development, including:
  • prototyping, debugging, test generation, QA, code review, and security analysis
• Maintain a high standard of reliability and maintainability.
• Collaborate on cloud operations and deployments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack capability (frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure).
• Solid understanding of the full SDLC.
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with experience in the AWS ecosystem preferred.
• Deep, daily usage of AI coding harnesses and comfort using AI-assisted development tools beyond basic code generation.
• Proven experience with CI/CD and modern DevOps practices.
• Infrastructure as Code, e.g. Terraform.
• Extensive experience with one or more languages: Python, TypeScript, Go (Golang), or Rust.

Nice-to-Haves

• AI engineering experience, including building agentic workflows that balance efficiency and quality (e.g., Pydantic AI, CrewAI, LangGraph).
• Familiarity with modern AI-enabled development environments and practices.
