Role Overview

Senior Software Engineer (Backend Engineering) at Maven Clinic. You’ll lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-performance backend systems that support Maven’s platform and product needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5+ years of backend development and platform architecture experience delivering scalable, reliable systems.
• Experience designing and implementing complex distributed systems, including microservices, containerization, and orchestration.
• Strong cloud expertise with hands-on experience in one or more platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), including infrastructure as code and serverless architectures.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go).
• Experience building distributed systems using microservices with relational and NoSQL databases.
