Role Overview
Join Filevine as a Senior Software Development Engineer (Front-end). You’ll lead a small team, build and innovate on major product features, and apply best practices across UI/UX, performance, and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a small front-end team responsible for building and innovating new product features.
- Coordinate with product direction and QA to support launches of new features.
- Participate in feature planning and implement best practices for UI/UX.
Requirements
- 5+ years of front-end development experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency with the front-end technologies in Filevine’s stack.
- Ability to work remotely and independently while collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn users’ challenges and ensure work aligns with end-user impact.
- Experience/portfolio demonstrating UI and UX skills.
- Ability to take direction from management and educate stakeholders as needed.
Nice-to-Haves
- Strong understanding of accessibility and performance best practices in UI development.
