Role overview

Senior Software Developer & Development Coordinator (m/w/d) focused on .NET and AI-assisted product development. You will both build core parts of the company’s cloud platform (web applications and backend processes) and coordinate/shape the development work so teams and AI coding agents can execute reliably and with quality.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on development (50–70%) on:
  • Web applications used by customers and partners for Microsoft cloud service self-service.
  • Backend processes for automated provisioning and billing of Microsoft 365, CSP, and Azure services.
• Development coordination:
  • Organize and prioritize the development work and keep the team aligned on what comes next.
  • Own and manage the backlog, translating requirements from Support, Account Management, and Management into clear work packages.
  • Write precise specs so both human developers and coding agents can work reliably.
• AI/agent workflow enablement:
  • Structure tasks so multiple Claude code agents can run in parallel with minimal conflicts.
  • Plan review, testing, and verification steps from the start.
  • Advance the project’s “technical project memory” using CLAUDE.md, Claude Skills, and MCP integrations, making knowledge usable for both developers and agents.
  • Coordinate team execution using lightweight processes (sprints/refinement/retrospectives) with minimal overhead.
• Releases and quality:
  • Coordinate releases of the .NET applications and ensure agreed quality standards, tests, contracts, and Definition of Done are met.
  • Evaluate AI-generated code with the same critical mindset as human-written code.

Requirements

• Multi-year professional software development experience with C# and .NET, ideally in grown applications with complex business/domain logic in production.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted/agentic software development beyond basic autocomplete or single Copilot suggestions.
• Ideally hands-on experience with Claude Code, including:
  • Writing agent specs
  • Running multiple agents in parallel
  • Providing context/project knowledge in a structured way for agents
• Agile working style (e.g., Scrum or Kanban) plus prioritization, stakeholder management, and moderation.
• Strong verification and quality orientation:
  • Do not rely on the first draft for either human or AI code; use tests, reviews, and smoke checks.
• Excellent German and English.
• Hands-on mindset and decision-making.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SaaS and self-service applications, especially multi-tenancy and subscription models.
• Cloud-native architecture experience on Azure, such as worker patterns, managed services, and resilient architecture.
• Experience with Claude Skills and MCP (explicitly mentioned).
