Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Remote Build)

Role Overview

Senior Site Reliability Engineer focused on building and operating a next-generation, distributed platform for AI-driven services across global employment infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for robust, repeatable, secure deployments across environments.
• Operate Kubernetes-based deployments and cloud-native services, improving automation and deployment workflows.
• Build and run observability: monitoring, logging, alerting; lead incident response, postmortems, and reliability improvements.
• Embed security and compliance practices into infrastructure and operational workflows to meet global regulatory requirements.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and cloud costs via continuous analysis and tuning of distributed workloads.
• Reduce operational toil by developing automation tools and scalable processes.
• Partner with engineering/product/security teams to improve APIs, deployment systems, and developer experience.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Systems Engineering; proven track record operating production systems at scale in cloud.
• Ownership mindset for end-to-end reliability.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and AWS (networking, compute, storage, and managed services) and resilient distributed systems operation.
• Strong Terraform experience and ability to apply software engineering principles to infrastructure.
• Experience with CI/CD and deployment automation (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab) including rollback and safe deployment practices.
• Comfortable with Linux, debugging production issues, and scripting with Bash.
• Clear communication skills; ability to produce documentation/runbooks for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
