About the role

Role: Senior Security Engineer

Bridgewater is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to build secure-by-default platforms that enable fast, reliable, and safe software delivery at scale.

Responsibilities

Secure CI/CD pipelines and ensure safe software delivery workflows at scale.
Protect cloud infrastructure and developer workflows.
Partner with DevOps, platform, and application teams to embed security controls directly into code and tooling.
Collaborate across teams with strong technical execution, judgment, and the ability to influence stakeholders.
Evolve security practices across cyber, physical, and staff security needs (as part of the Security Department mission).

Requirements

Strong expertise at the intersection of security, software engineering, and automation.
Ability to influence across teams and deliver high-impact security improvements.
Demonstrated experience securing software delivery systems (CI/CD) and developer workflows.

Nice-to-haves

Experience working with DevOps/platform/application teams to integrate security controls into engineering tooling.
