Role overview

Join Wolters Kluwer as a Senior Security Architect for the FAB AI Platform & Agents team. You will design and implement full-stack applications and platform components, own security-critical delivery from concept to production, and serve as a hands-on technical leader.

Key missions

Design and implement full-stack applications and platform components that enable rapid development, validation, and deployment of AI agents.
Build and evolve AI agents using modern LLM patterns to improve quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Apply secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices, aligned with platform control expectations documented for FAB.
Build cloud-native services across a hybrid deployment model.
Mentor engineers and raise the bar for secure, reliable delivery.

Requirements

8+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong full-stack skills and cloud experience.
Expertise in at least one (and working proficiency across others) of:
- AI agent development & evaluation
- Backend development / Frontend development
- Cloud services
- CI/CD & IaC
- SRE/operations
- Testing strategy
- Secure SDLC
Proven track record delivering secure, reliable, cloud-native systems to production.
Strong ownership and cross-functional communication.
