Role overview

Senior Scrum Master for enterprise-scale application development at Ameriprise.

Responsibilities

Lead Agile delivery for large enterprise application development projects.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including:
- Sprint planning
- Backlog refinement
- Release planning
Manage sprint execution, team velocity, and Agile metrics.
Identify and drive resolution of risks, dependencies, and impediments.
Coach Scrum teams and Product Owners on Agile/Scrum best practices and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to ensure successful delivery.
Support delivery across multiple Agile teams.

Requirements

10+ years of experience leading Agile/Scrum delivery in enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and Confluence.
Strong skills in stakeholder management, facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication.
CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master certification required.

Nice-to-haves

Experience with SAFe or other Scaled Agile frameworks.

Contract & eligibility

W2 only (no C2C/1099).
Visa status considered: USC, GC, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, H1B (transfer not considered).
