Role overview

Sentara Health is hiring a Senior Scrum Master for their Enterprise Analytics Team. This is a fully remote role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the Scrum process from initiation through delivery.
• Act as a liaison between the Product Owner, development team, and management to ensure targets and requirements are met.
• Ensure team members understand project objectives.
• Maintain the product backlog and release plan.
• Facilitate team productivity by setting up meetings and removing impediments blocking sprint goal progress.
• Stay flexible and respond rapidly to changes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree (required), or 7+ years without a degree.
• 5 to 7 years of experience.
