Senior Scrum Master - Remote

Role Overview

Senior Scrum Master (Remote) working with mission-critical software programs supporting Medicaid. You will guide Scrum/Agile teams using SAFe and help improve team efficiency through continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Apply the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and collaborate with product owners, scrum teams, and stakeholders
• Guide teams to deliver high-quality products
• Improve team efficiency via continuous improvement
• Identify and remove impediments blocking team progress
• Track and monitor team performance metrics to ensure optimal productivity
• Facilitate planning events and meetings (scope, schedule, requirements)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 6+ years experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Product Manager for a software development team
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
• Must reside in the U.S. and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have lived in the U.S. for 3 full years out of the last 5 years

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science (or related); Master’s degree preferred
• Experience leading multiple Scrum teams in different contexts
• Knowledge of Agile methods such as Kanban and familiarity with Agile techniques
• Expertise with Jira, Confluence, and the Atlassian suite
