Senior Scrum Master Remote

Role Overview

Senior Scrum Master (100% remote) supporting teams across Cloud/Analytics/Data/BI and related platforms. The role emphasizes coaching Agile delivery and driving program success.

Location / Remote Policy

• Remote (100% remote)
• Must be located on the East Coast to support East Coast Time zone

Responsibilities

• Coach teams supporting one or more of:
  • Cloud data and analytics platforms
  • Business intelligence platforms
  • API and interoperability platforms
  • Data services platforms
• Coach DataOps / data operations teams (preferred)
• Apply Lean Agile values, principles, and practices
• Use Scrum and Kanban frameworks as appropriate
• Support Scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe)
• Provide accountability for program success
• Apply Product Ownership practices
• Drive change across levels and manage conflicts constructively
• Lead ways of working with an emphasis on DevOps and test automation practices
• Organize data and create metrics, reports, and dashboards
• Use Agile tooling and Microsoft Office proficiently
• Communication: advanced written and oral communication

Requirements

• Senior Scrum Master experience coaching delivery teams across relevant data/platform domains
• Lean Agile / Scrum / Kanban knowledge and practice
• SAFe knowledge
• Product Ownership knowledge
• DevOps and Test Automation practices knowledge
• Strong accountability, prioritization, and ability to meet multiple deadlines
• Ability to drive change and manage conflicts
• Advanced ability to produce metrics/reports/dashboards
• Microsoft Office and industry-standard Agile tools proficiency
• East Coast based (for East Coast time zone support)

Nice to Have

• Experience coaching data platform administration and DataOps/data operations teams
• ServiceNow knowledge

Certifications

• SAFe Scrum Master Certification Required
• Certified Scrum Master (CSP)
• Certified Scrum Professional
