Senior Scrum Master - REMOTE CONTRACT!

Role Overview

Senior Scrum Master for a long-term remote contract with a large retail client (client is not required to be retail-related). Working directly with the hiring manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile team ceremonies using the SAFe framework
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile ways of working

Requirements

• Very strong SAFe experience
• Strong Scrum expertise; ability to coach teams and improve Agile practices
• Experience working in a SAFe environment, including PI Planning
• Strong working knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
• Proven servant leadership and ability to operate proactively in a collaborative, matrix environment
• Jira proficiency; Jira Align is helpful
• 5–8 years as a Scrum Master / project manager / program manager with dedicated Agile teams using Scrum/SAFe

Nice to Have

• Experience with Jira Align
