Senior Scrum Master I

Role Overview

Senior Scrum Master (OneStream Platform) supporting Agile delivery for product and development teams. You will coach multiple Scrum teams, facilitate ceremonies, and improve estimation/planning and stakeholder visibility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Development and Product teams to guide estimation and planning for the OneStream Platform
• Coach and mentor Scrum teams on Agile principles to improve product quality and team performance
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile processes and continuous improvement
• Build and maintain complex Jira dashboards for stakeholder visibility into project progress
• Communicate with Senior Management with updates and recommendations for process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Scrum certification: A-CSM (Advanced Certified ScrumMaster)
• 5+ years Scrum Master experience in a software development environment
• Proven experience coaching multiple Scrum teams simultaneously
• 7+ years total experience in Scrum, project management, or program management

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks/methods: Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban
• Exceptional negotiation, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting demands
• Experience with Agile delivery tools: Jira, Confluence, TFS, Office 365
• Deep knowledge of servant leadership and advanced facilitation techniques
