Senior Scrum Master (he/she) - Full remote (F/M)

Role Overview

You will be a Senior Scrum Master for a pharmaceutical client operating in a highly regulated environment. Beyond standard Scrum responsibilities, you will act as an Agile Change Agent, shaping and evolving Agile ways of working across teams and the wider organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, fostering self-organization and accountability
• Drive Agile transformation initiatives as a proactive change agent
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile practices are implemented and continuously improved
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies in complex, matrixed environments
• Coach stakeholders and leadership on Agile mindset, principles, and ways of working
• Promote continuous improvement, experimentation, and learning
• Ensure alignment with regulatory, compliance, and quality standards in the pharmaceutical domain
• Support scaling frameworks where applicable (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute to Agile community efforts

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Scrum Master, especially in complex, regulated environments
• Proven track record driving Agile transformation at both team and organizational levels
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and scaling approaches (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing stakeholders without formal authority
• Fluent English (C1+) for international communication
• Excellent communication and strong continuous improvement mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience scaling Agile using SAFe or LeSS
• Background mentoring/coaching junior Scrum Masters
• Familiarity with regulatory/compliance/quality standards in pharma environments

• Salary: 13,500–14,000 PLN gross/month (depending on experience/competence)
