About the role

Role Overview

Andela is seeking a Senior Scrum Master / Delivery Lead to support complex, cross-functional technology initiatives for an enterprise client. This senior delivery role combines Scrum Master responsibilities with project/program delivery ownership, focusing on execution, coordination, risk/dependency management, and achieving delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery & Team Enablement

Lead delivery using Kanban-based Agile practices to ensure efficient flow and timely execution.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies where needed; coach teams on Agile principles and best practices.
Remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and foster accountability.
Continuously assess and improve team processes and delivery effectiveness.

Delivery Ownership & Execution

Own delivery progress and outcomes; ensure alignment with agreed priorities, timelines, and objectives.
Support planning and coordination activities, including roadmap alignment, release planning, and milestone tracking.
Drive execution across multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
Ensure consistent and predictable delivery aligned to business priorities.

Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate across Product, Engineering, business stakeholders, and leadership.
Track and communicate delivery status, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
