About the role

Join our team as a Senior Sales Operations Reporting & Insights Analyst. In this key role, you will drive accuracy, consistency, and insight in sales reporting across teams and internal systems. You will analyze sales performance data, design and maintain sales dashboards, operationalize account and territory assignments, and support annual and in-year sales planning. You will also collaborate with various teams to ensure data quality and alignment on definitions and reports. Profile: - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment - Experience working closely with FP&A, Analytics, and/or Data teams on shared models, dashboards, and financial reporting is strongly preferred - High attention to detail with a strong bias toward data quality, governance, and reproducible reporting - 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, data analysis, or a closely related role - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical or analytical findings into clear, business-focused narratives - Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce required; HubSpot a plus), including reporting and basic configuration concepts - Solid understanding of sales processes and sales performance metrics, including territory or book-of-business design, pipeline and forecasting metrics, and sales compensation concepts - Proficiency with SQL for querying and validating data across multiple sources - Experience with business intelligence / data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI); able to build and iterate on dashboards and reports - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with large, complex data sets and ambiguous problems
