Senior Sales Operations Reporting & Insights Analyst

Role Overview

As a Senior Sales Operations Reporting & Insights Analyst (full remote), you’ll ensure accurate, consistent, and actionable sales reporting across teams and internal systems. You’ll analyze sales performance data, build and maintain dashboards, and help operationalize account and territory assignments.

Key Missions

• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, forecast results, and deliver actionable insights.
• Design, build, and maintain sales dashboards and reports for representatives, managers, and leadership.
• Collaborate with CRM administration teams to translate business requirements into data structures, fields, and workflows.
• Support annual and in-year sales planning.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure data quality and alignment on definitions and reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, data analysis, or a closely related role.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• High attention to detail with a bias toward data quality, governance, and reproducible reporting.
• Excellent communication skills; translate technical/analytical findings into business narratives.
• Proficiency with SQL to query and validate data across multiple sources.
• CRM platform proficiency: Salesforce required, HubSpot a plus (reporting and basic configuration concepts).
• Solid understanding of sales processes and metrics (territory/book-of-business design, pipeline/forecasting, sales compensation concepts).
• Experience with BI/data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI) to build and iterate dashboards.

Nice to Have

• Experience collaborating with FP&A, Analytics, and/or Data teams on shared models, dashboards, and financial reporting.
