About the role
Role Overview
As a Senior Revenue Systems AI Engineer at Ideals, you will design, build, and operationalize AI-enabled automations and agent-driven workflows across the company’s Revenue Systems.
Key Missions
- Build and maintain AI-assisted automations and agent workflows, primarily in n8n.
- Define orchestration logic, prompts/instructions, fallback paths, and documentation for tasks executed by agents.
- Assess which Revenue Systems processes are realistically automatable versus those that must remain human-owned.
Requirements
- Experience building and operating automation/agent workflows (with a focus on n8n).
- Ability to design robust orchestration, prompting, and fallback behavior for agent-run tasks.
- Strong understanding of Revenue Systems processes and automation feasibility.
