About the role
Role Overview
Senior Research Partner (ET/CT) is the research expert on Maze’s GTM (Go-to-Market) team. You partner with Account Executives, Account Managers, and Customer Success to build confidence in prospects and customers by demonstrating measurable business impact through research.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer engagements, including sales calls, workshops, and enablement sessions.
- Develop change management and enablement programs.
- Coordinate internally to address customer needs.
- Guide customers to define, launch, and operationalize KPI-linked research.
- Drive outcomes tied to retention, expansion, and long-term adoption.
Requirements
- People leader mindset with a track record of delivering results.
- 5+ years experience in UX Research, Product Research, or Insights.
- Familiarity with UXR and design tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage at executive level.
- Willingness to travel and engage with prospects/customers in person.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

- Proven experience connecting research to business outcomes.
- Experience outside of traditional research roles (career versatility).
- Expert knowledge of research tooling (e.g., Maze).
- Expertise in change management.
