Senior React Developer

Role Overview

Senior React Developer to join a hybrid team working onsite at a client location in the United States. You will build scalable, high-performance web applications using modern React and frontend technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-quality web applications using React.js
• Implement and maintain application-wide state management using Redux and related tooling (e.g., redux-observables, redux-sagas)
• Develop new features and improve existing products to enhance user experience and performance
• Participate across the SDLC: planning, development, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure code quality via testing, code reviews, and best practices
• Mentor junior developers and support a collaborative team environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements

• Proven experience building with React.js and component-based architecture
• Hands-on experience with application-wide state management (e.g., Redux, redux-sagas, redux-observables, observable-hooks)
• Experience with CSS-in-JS (e.g., styled-components) and CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative, client-focused approach
• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate team members
• Excellent communication skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
