About the role

Role Overview

Join Palo Alto Networks as a Senior Quality Engineering Manager (Cloud-Delivered Security QA). You will lead the QA strategy for end-to-end testing, guide QA through all phases of the product lifecycle, and collaborate with product and engineering to ensure smooth, high-quality releases.

Key Missions

Define and implement the QA strategy for cloud services with robust testing across functional, integration, performance, and security.
Lead and mentor a diverse, high-performing QA organization; drive innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure quality and release readiness.
Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to deliver products aligned with customer needs.
Communicate technical and business risks to stakeholders; stay current on industry trends.

Responsibilities

Own QA strategy and execution across the product lifecycle.
Build and scale QA teams, including across geographies.
Lead release management, risk assessment, and cross-functional quality alignment.
Create and maintain CI/CD-integrated automated testing pipelines.

Requirements

10+ years of QA experience, including 4+ years in QA leadership/management.
Proven expertise in integration testing with third-party systems, APIs, and enterprise tools.
Track record building CI/CD integrated test pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI.
Experience managing QA for cloud-native services on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong understanding of QA automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, REST Assured).
Experience with performance, scalability, and reliability testing for distributed systems.
Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices QA practices.
Strong background in enterprise SaaS QA, preferably in security/data protection or compliance software.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum with DevOps and SRE teams.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder risk articulation.
