Join Hayden AI as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, where you will be responsible for the end-to-end success of multiple concurrent pilots and production launches. You will monitor device health, coordinate cross-functional execution, and drive the evolution from manual processes to scalable, automation-first operations. Your role will involve close collaboration with engineering, firmware, product, operations, and QA teams to ensure quality and accountability throughout the deployment lifecycle. Profile: - Hands-on experience monitoring and troubleshooting connected devices, embedded systems, or fleet-scale hardware in production - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working across engineering, firmware, product, and operations teams - Strong proficiency in building or improving operational processes, dashboards, alerting systems, and automated monitoring workflows - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field - 7+ years of experience in QA, device operations, launch management, or a related field with meaningful exposure to hardware, embedded systems, or IoT product environments - Experience managing multiple concurrent pilots, launches, or deployment workstreams in fast-paced environments - Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and automation-first QA methodologies - Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical issues into clear, actionable stakeholder communications
