About the role
Role overview
Senior QA Engineer in the Integration Squad at Diabolocom. You will help deliver and improve services that integrate with external CRMs by designing test strategies, building automated tests, and strengthening CI/pipeline tooling and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Co-design test strategies with the team for new features and refactorings.
- Implement and maintain automated tests in Kotlin at multiple levels.
- Review designs and solutions from a risk and testability perspective; influence implementation details when needed.
- Continuously improve pipelines and tooling, including overall test reliability.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a user-centric perspective.
- Help distribute test coverage responsibilities across QA, frontend, and backend teams.
Requirements
- Experience implementing automated testing.
- Proficiency with Kotlin for test development.
- Ability to contribute to test strategy and assess designs for risk/testability.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working across frontend and backend test coverage coordination (as part of cross-team collaboration).
