Senior Project Manager

Role overview

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex enterprise delivery initiatives for a key strategic account. You’ll oversee multiple Agile delivery teams, manage project financials, and ensure successful execution of large-scale digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for large-scale implementation projects across CPQ, CRM, commerce, and digital transformation
• Manage multiple Agile development teams, proactively handling milestones, risks, dependencies, and resourcing
• Own project financials: budget management, forecasting, utilization tracking, and delivery reporting
• Partner with clients and internal leaders (delivery leadership, architects, engineering teams) to ensure successful execution
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive delivery excellence across hybrid Agile and traditional environments
• Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks to executive stakeholders
• Drive collaboration across technical and business teams, aligning delivery teams around shared goals and outcomes
• Provide executive-level status reporting and communicate project health and forecasts effectively
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase delivery quality, predictability, and client satisfaction

Requirements

• 8–12 years of project management experience leading complex software implementation programs
• Experience with enterprise consulting/implementation delivery (not purely operational or managed services)
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and hybrid implementation approaches
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting, financial tracking, and delivery reporting
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams (architects, developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

Preferred qualifications

• CPQ implementation experience (e.g., Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, SAP CPQ, Oracle CPQ or similar)
• Experience with CRM, digital commerce, or customer experience transformation
• Consulting services or systems integrator background
• Experience working with distributed and offshore delivery teams
