About the role

Role Overview

Senior Project Manager (Enterprise & M&A) for a net-new, hands-on PMO build-out. This is a fully remote (Eastern or Central time zone preferred) individual-contributor role reporting directly to the CIO. You will lead end-to-end acquisition integrations and establish enterprise PMO (EPMO) governance from the ground up over the next 18–24 months.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end M&A technology integrations (~40%)
    • Manage acquisition integration lifecycle from due diligence through post-close onboarding through TSA rundown for expanding multi-site healthcare locations.
  • Establish PMO governance & intake
    • Create baseline PMO standards, including:
      • Formal project intake procedures
      • Portfolio prioritization frameworks/models
      • RAID (risk/issue tracking)
      • Executive reporting cadences
  • Drive strategic AI & enterprise automation initiatives
    • Lead and deliver initiatives such as:
      • AI Scribe for clinical documentation
      • Call center analytics and sentiment integrations
      • Automated financial workflows
      • Data lake health analytics
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams
    • Facilitate collaboration across operations, finance, clinical leadership, call centers, and external vendors (without direct supervisory authority).
  • Manage executive communications & steering committees
    • Produce steering committee materials, status dashboards, and updates for C-suite leaders, aligning with business outcomes and capacity heatmaps.
  • Hands-on project administration
    • Independently manage tactical execution: project plans, meeting coordination, calendars/scheduling, board tracking, and documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of enterprise project management experience leading complex technology or operational transformation.
  • Proven full-lifecycle M&A integration experience (due diligence → post-close integration → TSA exit), not limited to supporting a single workstream.
  • Experience building/formalizing PMO governance and executive status reporting from scratch (intake + portfolio frameworks + reporting).
  • Experience managing AI, enterprise automation, or digital transformation efforts with measurable business value.
  • Strong hands-on individual contributor style: able to manage day-to-day coordination and communicate results to executives.
  • Work authorization: US Citizen or Green Card holder (no sponsorship).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare industry background (multi-site provider organizations, MSOs, outpatient clinical environments; EMR/EHR and physician workflow exposure).
  • Experience working in private equity-backed organizations built through rapid acquisition.
  • Familiarity with monday.com (or equivalent PPM/portfolio management tools).
  • PMP or related project management certification.
