About the role
Role Overview
Senior Project Manager (Enterprise & M&A) for a net-new, hands-on PMO build-out. This is a fully remote (Eastern or Central time zone preferred) individual-contributor role reporting directly to the CIO. You will lead end-to-end acquisition integrations and establish enterprise PMO (EPMO) governance from the ground up over the next 18–24 months.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end M&A technology integrations (~40%)
- Manage acquisition integration lifecycle from due diligence through post-close onboarding through TSA rundown for expanding multi-site healthcare locations.
- Establish PMO governance & intake
- Create baseline PMO standards, including:
- Formal project intake procedures
- Portfolio prioritization frameworks/models
- RAID (risk/issue tracking)
- Executive reporting cadences
- Create baseline PMO standards, including:
- Drive strategic AI & enterprise automation initiatives
- Lead and deliver initiatives such as:
- AI Scribe for clinical documentation
- Call center analytics and sentiment integrations
- Automated financial workflows
- Data lake health analytics
- Lead and deliver initiatives such as:
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams
- Facilitate collaboration across operations, finance, clinical leadership, call centers, and external vendors (without direct supervisory authority).
- Manage executive communications & steering committees
- Produce steering committee materials, status dashboards, and updates for C-suite leaders, aligning with business outcomes and capacity heatmaps.
- Hands-on project administration
- Independently manage tactical execution: project plans, meeting coordination, calendars/scheduling, board tracking, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise project management experience leading complex technology or operational transformation.
- Proven full-lifecycle M&A integration experience (due diligence → post-close integration → TSA exit), not limited to supporting a single workstream.
- Experience building/formalizing PMO governance and executive status reporting from scratch (intake + portfolio frameworks + reporting).
- Experience managing AI, enterprise automation, or digital transformation efforts with measurable business value.
- Strong hands-on individual contributor style: able to manage day-to-day coordination and communicate results to executives.
- Work authorization: US Citizen or Green Card holder (no sponsorship).
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare industry background (multi-site provider organizations, MSOs, outpatient clinical environments; EMR/EHR and physician workflow exposure).
- Experience working in private equity-backed organizations built through rapid acquisition.
- Familiarity with monday.com (or equivalent PPM/portfolio management tools).
- PMP or related project management certification.
