Senior Project Manager (Remote)

This role is designed for mid-to-late career professionals transitioning from Program/Project Management or L&D into an independent, performance-based position within the global eLearning personal growth sector. You’ll work fully remotely with training and a structured system to guide clients through information-based sales interviews and support their learning journey.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients via digital marketing platforms
• Respond to inquiries and conduct information-only interviews (no cold calls or hard selling)
• Assess candidate readiness and inform qualified clients about development programs
• Maintain organized follow-up and communication processes
• Participate in weekly virtual training and development sessions

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or L&D
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable presenting and using video conferencing tools
• Self-motivated, positive, and a lifelong learner
