Senior Project Manager

Role Overview

Senior Project Manager for a venture-backed HealthTech startup using AI to modernize clinical research. You will own end-to-end delivery of enterprise customer programs, partner with customers and internal teams, and help scale delivery operations as the company grows.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise customer implementations from kickoff through execution.
• Serve as the primary strategic partner for customers, building trusted relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Create project plans, manage timelines, identify risks early, and drive successful delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, Customer Success, Data, and other stakeholders to keep programs moving efficiently.
• Provide clear project updates, risks, and recommendations to both technical and executive audiences.
• Help design and continuously improve scalable delivery processes as the organization scales.
• Gather customer feedback and work with Product to influence future platform improvements.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to establishing best practices across the Project Management organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience in clinical trials and/or life sciences (biotech, pharmaceuticals, or CRO environments).
• Experience managing multiple complex, customer-facing programs simultaneously.
• Proven ability to own enterprise customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Strong communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup with evolving processes.
• Strong organization and a proactive approach to risk management, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
