Role Overview

Senior Project Manager for a remote EHR implementation opportunity. You will lead complex healthcare technology projects, including migrating data from AdvancedMD to Canvas or other modern, API-forward systems.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end EHR implementation projects, delivering within scope, time, and budget
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical and clinical stakeholders
Oversee complex data migrations, particularly involving systems such as Canvas, AvonHealth, and Healthier
Lead using Agile practices to streamline project workflows
Use Jira and Confluence to manage execution and documentation
Provide leadership to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
Communicate project status and progress effectively to stakeholders

Requirements

10+ years of project management experience in healthcare IT
Proven experience managing at least 8–10 EHR implementation projects
Deep knowledge of EHR systems, including Canvas and data migration complexities
Strong Agile project management experience with Jira and Confluence
Ability to manage projects involving complex data migrations and API integrations

Compensation & Benefits

$80–$85/hr
