Senior Project Manager

Role overview

Join Duetto as a Senior Project Manager (PMO) to lead the end-to-end planning and execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple departments. You’ll manage critical path dependencies, improve internal project workflows, and keep stakeholders aligned—while using AI-powered tools to optimize delivery and documentation.

Key missions

• Drive end-to-end planning and delivery of complex, multi-department projects aligned to business requirements and strategic priorities
• Manage critical path dependencies and identify bottlenecks early to protect timelines and scope
• Identify and implement AI tools and workflow automations to reduce administrative overhead and increase delivery velocity
• Maintain accurate project documentation and support effective communication across teams
• Facilitate executive-level reporting and cross-functional alignment

Requirements

• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects with competing priorities and changing timelines
• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Notion or Monday.com
• 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in a fast-paced matrixed SaaS/technology environment
• Strong emotional intelligence to navigate ambiguity and adapt to shifting company priorities
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, Notion AI, Monday.com AI) to automate routine PM tasks
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including influencing without authority

Nice to have

• Exposure to M&A integration or organizational change management projects
• Experience in hospitality technology or B2B SaaS
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, MSP, or Scrum Master
• Experience designing or implementing AI-assisted workflow automations in a project/operations context
