Senior Project Manager

Role Overview

Join Dotmatics as a Senior Project Manager (full remote). You will lead large-scale SaaS delivery and implementation programs to ensure client success, solution adoption, and delivery performance across complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle enterprise SaaS delivery for complex programs, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and manage implementations across challenging customer projects, following the Dotmatics project lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Engage senior stakeholders and customers to understand needs, manage expectations, and advocate for Dotmatics’ interests.
• Own change management support to help customers drive organizational change and software adoption.
• Ensure quality, schedule, and financial goals are met, aligned with company OKRs.
• Improve delivery by optimizing processes and strengthening team performance.
• Lead teams in a virtual setting, including globally dispersed teams, consultants, and external organizations.
• Manage risks and obstacles, define contingency plans, and deliver resolution management for issues with broad business impact.
• Support contracts and proposals: estimates for service extensions and new proposals with Sales/Pre-Sales.
• Manage multi-million dollar program expenditures and partner with Finance on invoicing accuracy and timing.
• Organize and facilitate Scrum events as a Scrum Master when needed.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience delivering SaaS enterprise implementation/delivery projects.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
• Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated ability to set up Agile project deliveries and manage SaaS configuration projects end-to-end.
• Experience leading T1/enterprise customers and/or multiple concurrent projects for T2 customers.
• Background in chemistry, biology, or life sciences (preferred).

• Strong experience in compliance-focused enterprise delivery.
• Proven record managing executive-level escalation, strategic recommendations, and complex stakeholder environments.
